Hi, I’m Jess Wass! I’m a Career Coach and Organizational Development Consultant.
I help high-achieving individuals craft intentional career paths and high-powered organizations cultivate people-centric work cultures.
I’m a type-A Libra, with a Masters in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and extensive experience working in high-performance environments across industries including Finance, Consulting, Hospitality/Travel, and Startups. I’m also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).
