The Career Clarity Coaching Program is an intimate community & group coaching program where I help individuals find more clarity, purpose, and redirection in their career over a 90 day period.

The program includes a mix of individual work and group coaching sessions over the course of 12 weeks and is aided by :

Program Roadmap

The Career Clarity Coaching Program is organized around two phases: Exploration & Experimentation.

Phase 1 will create space for you to take a step back to reconnect with yourself, your needs, your gifts, and your desires for your career. During this part of the process we will meet weekly in our group coaching sessions to support your learning.

Phase 2 is all about taking the information you learned and moving towards action. This phase is all about doing and we will move to bi-weekly sessions during the last 60 days of the program to give you time to experiment in between group coaching sessions.
